dkpk Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

By accessing the dkpk website at dkpk.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by dkpk, you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dkpk. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

dkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dkpk will notify active players via on-site notification or email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dkpk operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh confirm they do so in compliance with all applicable local regulations.

Access to and use of the dkpk platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dkpk operates as an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by minors. This requirement applies without exception, regardless of the laws or age restrictions in any particular locality.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, account suspension, or similar restriction imposed by dkpk or any other gaming platform that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of dkpk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting on your own personal account and using your own funds. Playing on behalf of a third party or using funds provided by a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

By creating an account on dkpk, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of dkpk services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account on dkpk. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number linked to your preferred payment method (such as your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number). You must keep this information up to date at all times. dkpk accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: dkpk applies identity verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. At the time of your first withdrawal, or at any other point dkpk deems appropriate, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)
• A selfie with your photo ID, if required for enhanced verification

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documents have been reviewed and approved. dkpk aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted documents are legible, unaltered, and current.

All financial transactions on the dkpk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dkpk does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (for example, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges, which are entirely outside dkpk's control.

Accepted Payment Methods: dkpk currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• bKash — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts
• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile) — deposits and withdrawals processed within 1–3 hours during standard banking hours
• Upay — deposits processed instantly; withdrawal timelines subject to Upay's processing schedule
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — bank transfers accepted; processing times vary by institution, typically 1–24 hours

Minimum and Maximum Limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily aggregate limits are displayed in your account cashier section and are subject to change. Players on higher account tiers may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account from which an equivalent or greater deposit was previously made. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and money laundering. dkpk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent.

Refunds: Deposits that have been used to place a bet or to claim a bonus are not eligible for refund. Unplayed deposit balances not subject to any bonus conditions may be eligible for return to the originating payment method. Contact [email protected] to discuss any specific refund request.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page and the general bonus conditions set out below.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. dkpk does not apply wagering requirements retroactively. Current wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion type, with all multipliers disclosed in full on the relevant offer page.

Bonus Eligibility Rules:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Free spins are only valid on the games specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.
• dkpk reserves the right to limit, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be adversely affected by changes made after the claim date.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless the promotion explicitly states that bonus stacking is permitted.
• Placing opposing bets (also known as "hedging" or "dutching") in order to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk of loss is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation.

Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and free spins expire 7 days from the date they are credited to your account. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are automatically forfeited.

All bets placed on dkpk — whether on sports markets (including cricket BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, football, kabaddi, handball, and volleyball) or on casino games (live tables, slots, instant games, and crash games) — are subject to the rules outlined in this section and to any additional product-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Sports Betting:

• Bets are accepted on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
• dkpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without being completed, unless specific rules for that sport or competition state otherwise.
• In the event of a clear pricing error (where odds are displayed at a level substantially different from the true market odds due to a technical error), dkpk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake. This will only be exercised in cases of clear, demonstrable error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at dkpk's discretion. dkpk may suspend in-play betting at any time during an event.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market are displayed within the bet-slip interface. These limits may vary by sport, market, and player account tier.

Casino Games:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation (RNG) engines supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. dkpk does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface. These are set by the game provider and may differ between titles.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round (disconnection, server error, or similar), the round will be resolved based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the failure. If resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to your account balance.
• dkpk is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection failure.

dkpk maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Collusion: Attempting to defraud dkpk or other players through any means, including collusion, chip dumping, or coordinating bets with other players to exploit a bonus or market.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal via your bank or mobile money provider. dkpk will pursue recovery of disputed funds and may permanently ban players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to placing low-risk opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software that interacts with dkpk's platform in a non-human or automated manner.
• Underage Registration: Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• False Identity: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or using another person's identity or payment method.

Account Closure by dkpk: dkpk reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects any of the prohibited conduct described above. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, all balances associated with the account will be forfeited. In cases where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. dkpk provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkpk's total aggregate liability to any player for any direct loss arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dkpk expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment
• Losses caused by a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure
• Any losses attributable to circumstances outside dkpk's reasonable control, including payment provider outages, regulatory actions, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures

Intellectual Property: All content on the dkpk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphic design, text, and software — is the exclusive property of dkpk or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any dkpk content without prior written permission.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the dkpk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and dkpk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
